Using this “ALMOK” service means entering into a business agreement with the operator, HANO SYOTEN Co.,Ltd. Both parties shall conduct business with sincerity.
“ALMOK” is a sales-support platform and only provides “provisional quotations.” Even if an item moves into “Under Review,” negotiations may still fail depending on price or delivery conditions.
(Regarding Product Registration)
Do not enter false information when registering products. If malicious falsification is found, your transactions may be suspended.
If you are unsure about the quality description, please add notes in Japanese in the remarks field.
It is recommended to upload photos that are slightly worse than standard quality to reduce complaints. Providing more photos also improves buyer understanding.
There is no data limit. Since it is unknown what may sell, we recommend registering as many lumber products as possible.
The current standard shipment port is Hakata Port. For FOB pricing, the price is based on arrival at Hakata Port. Depending on the buyer, other ports may be requested; in such cases, we will discuss accordingly.
If a complaint occurs and the quality description is found to be false, the sawmill bears 100% responsibility. For other types of complaints, HANO SYOTEN Co.,Ltd. will handle the matter.
If exports must be suspended due to disasters or unexpected accidents, both parties shall resolve the matter through discussion.
