This site is a quotation request service that connects buyers who need lumber with sawmills that list their own lumber.
Direct purchases cannot be made; orders proceed through quotation requests.

1. Flow of Quotation Request

  Complete buyer registration and log in

  Select the desired product (minimum 1 container / 30m3)

• STEP.3
  Proceed to the provisional quotation screen

  After sending the provisional quotation to Hano Syoten, a representative will contact you

  After confirming the loadable quantity and delivery date, proceed to the formal contract

2. About Member Registration

There are two types of registration on this site: “Buyer Registration” and “Sawmill Registration.”

• Buyer Registration
  This registration is for those who wish to purchase lumber or request a quotation.
  Once registered, you can check your past quotation history and make repeat requests easily.
  The registration process is as follows:
  1. Enter information and submit
  2. Office reviews the information
  3. After approval, registration is completed
• Sawmill Registration
  This registration is for companies that want to list their own lumber and receive quotation requests from buyers.
  Once registered, sawmills can list their own products within the system.
  The registration process is as follows:
  1. Enter sawmill information and contact person details, then submit
  2. Office reviews and approves
  3. After approval, you can list products

3. Payment & Order Confirmation

• The amounts displayed in this system are provisional. The final quotation will be provided after communication with the Japan-side representative.
• Payment is only accepted via L/C (Letter of Credit). Other payment methods are generally not supported.

4. Shipping & Delivery Date

• The unloading port can be adjusted according to your preference. Please contact the representative. In such cases, shipping costs may change, which may affect the unit price.
• Even if inventory is available in Japan, delivery may be delayed due to container availability or vessel schedules. The final delivery date will be confirmed after the representative contacts you.

5. Cancellations & Changes

• Changes or cancellations during the quotation stage are possible.
• Cancellations or changes after order confirmation are not allowed. Please understand this beforehand.

6. Notes

• All prices displayed on the site are “reference prices.” Actual prices will be finalized based on the quotation details.
• Special sizes may also be available. Please contact us through the inquiry form.
